Protection against corrosion, protection against accidental contact, safety against failure – as a single element, Lugsulation offers a wide range of problem solutions. Since not all contacts are identical, there are different methods of Lugsulation depending on the respective application.

Lugsulation Flex - the solution for batteries

Is the original version of the patented Lugsulation family. It is frequently used in industrial batteries. The Lugsulation Flex completely covers a special cable lug as a “full protection cap”. Slippage or non-assembly after service and maintenance work is no longer an issue. The perfect adaptation of the sealing geometry to the battery terminal with internal or external thread, in addition to the plastic-insulated screws or cap nuts, ensures absolutely corrosion-free electrical connections.

Lugsulation Seal - against the salt in the soup

When using the Lugsulation Seal, protruding connection areas are sealed radially and axially. This prevents the connection areas from being partially exposed, which could otherwise lead to conductive and open areas vulnerable to leakage currents or corrosion.

Lugsulation deep - the solution for flat connections

The Lugsulation Deep is ideal for smooth, low, flat protruding contacts such as lithium batteries or fuel cells. The special patented design of the cable lugs and the sealing adapted to the terminal ensure durable, long-lasting and corrosion-free contacts at low overall costs as well as fast and cost-effective servicing.

Lugsulation Cap - variable application with the cap

For many Lugsulation variants where no standard insulation screw with a plastic head can be used for sealing, there is the option of using an ISK screw (Allen bolt). After screwing, a cap closes the screw opening securely and permanently. A very good and simple insulating cable grommet!
