Take advantage of our core competencies, too.

As a quick-witted team, we focus on our core competencies. We cannot do literally everything, but what we list here, we can do exceptionally well. This is the decisive element for our clients. Maybe for you as well? Take advantage of our competencies.

System solutions from a single source

Other suppliers provide components. We provide complete systems. For example, in battery technology: you need a cooling system? We offer a system that cools and heats, which can be combined with a water refilling system (with or without electrolyte circulation), as well as maintenance-free connectors. That’s what we mean by system solutions.

Processing non-ferrous metals

We process various non-ferrous metals, which we can press, stamp, or form in a variety of ways. Combined with our capabilities in plastics and rubber processing, this results in highly specialised connector parts for reliable electrical connections.

Blow moulding

Blow moulding is a type of extended injection moulding process used to produce very precisely manufactured hollow plastic parts. Depending on the intended application, different materials are used.

Extrusion

In the extrusion process, we manufacture seamless sheets, pipes, and profiles with a constant cross-section over the entire length. We process a wide variety of plastics, depending on which properties the component needs.

Further development of products

For many technical components, standard parts are used—even where they do not meet the specific requirements. This reduces the quality and efficiency of the entire system. Often, we identify an opportunity for optimisation as soon as we see the components in action. A good example of this is the Lugsulation. But in many other areas, we have also succeeded in taking components to a new level through small but innovative modifications.

Manufacturing of small and large series

Through manufacturing within our corporate group, we are very flexible. Prototype production is possible as well as small- or large-scale series production. In this way, we can offer development and production from a single source.

Further development of manufacturing processes

Because our own history is rooted in production, we are familiar with a wide range of manufacturing processes—especially in plastics, rubber, and metal processing. In many cases, production steps can be simplified, reducing costs or improving quality.

Dipping

We coat a wide variety of materials. Using the dipping process, we enhance surfaces, insulate electrical conductors, and protect sensitive materials from possible damage.

Thermoforming / deep drawing

We manufacture thermoformed (deep-drawn) parts from plastics or sheet metal that meet the highest quality requirements. Complex shapes are also possible, such as a coupling cover hood designed for use in rail transport, where it has proven itself for many years.

Injection moulding

The liquefied material is injected under pressure into a mould. Injection-moulded parts are particularly economical for higher production volumes. By combining injection moulding with other techniques, it is also possible to create shapes that would normally be considered impossible to realise.
