Hagemann Systems made their name as producers of high-quality plastic and rubber components. Later, we added components for battery and connecting technology. We collaborate with further suppliers. This alliance makes us flexible. We are able to always provide our clients the best quality for their individual application. Our own competencies in the field of manufacturing processes within this working method are the crucial factor. Lately, we focus more and more on our competencies as developers and optimizers of technical systems. What would you like us to optimize for you?

Dipping

We coat a wide variety of materials. Using the dipping process, we enhance surfaces, insulate electrical conductors, and protect sensitive materials from possible damage—improving safety.

Blow moulding

Blow moulding is a type of extended injection moulding process used to produce very precisely manufactured hollow plastic bodies—with thinner wall thicknesses than with other processes. Depending on the intended application, different materials are used.

Thermoforming / deep drawing

We produce thermoformed (deep-drawn) parts from plastics or sheet metal that meet the highest quality requirements. Complex shapes are also possible, such as a coupling cover hood designed for use in rail transport.

Extrusion

In the extrusion process, we manufacture seamless sheets, pipes, and profiles with a constant cross-section over the entire length. We process a wide variety of plastics, depending on which properties the component needs.

Injection moulding

Injection-moulded parts are generally more economical than other processes, especially for higher production volumes. By combining injection moulding with other techniques, it is also possible to produce shapes that would normally be considered impossible to realise.

Manufacturing of small and large series

Through manufacturing within our corporate group, we are very flexible. Prototype production is possible as well as small- or large-scale series production. In this way, we can offer development and production from a single source.

In many cases, production steps can be simplified, reducing costs or improving quality. Based on our own history, we are familiar with a wide range of production processes.

Processing non-ferrous metals

We process various non-ferrous metals, which we can press, stamp, or form in a variety of ways. In combination with other capabilities, this enables, for example, special connector parts for reliable electrical connections.
